This shoe cubby is designed to accommodate maximum size 8.5 Men's and size 9 Women's low-profiled shoes (like sneakers and running shoes) when placed facing each other (one forward, one backward). For narrow shoes like women's high heels, narrow sneakers, slippers, and sandals, you can place them normally. If you need to store larger-sized shoes in small quantities, you can place them on the 2-tier shelves above.
